Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been confirmed.
Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packing, and preparing your order for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
For orders shipped within the United States, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected delays.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping:
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time: 5–12 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–15 business days
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to update after your tracking number has been issued.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. NebuJoy is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nebujoy.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order is processed or shipped.
Delayed Orders
While we work hard to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally happen due to carrier issues, high order volume, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at support@nebujoy.com and our support team will help check the status of your shipment.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, building office, or with neighbors first.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@nebujoy.com with your order number and tracking details so we can assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nebujoy.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so our team can review the issue and help provide a suitable solution.
