At NebuJoy, we want every customer to feel confident and supported when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, clean, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, opened, damaged, or are missing parts may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number

  • Full name used on the order

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nebujoy.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will help resolve the problem with a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Opened hygiene-related items

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Items damaged by misuse, improper cleaning, or improper storage

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards, if applicable

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nebujoy.com.

We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Exchanges

We currently recommend requesting a return and placing a new order if you need a different item. If your item arrived defective or incorrect, please contact us so we can assist you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
